The load-bearing structure is designed in timber; the envelope may use the in-situ cast HES hemp-lime system, supported by manufacturer documentation and test reports for the stated configurations. Monolithic casting reduces joints; junctions and thermal bridges must still be calculated and resolved in the project.
A bespoke product, not an industrial one
Every building starts with the client, place and climate. We do not sell catalogue models: performance, spaces, finishes, investment and responsibilities are defined before construction. The declared HES mix contains no Portland cement; comfort, indoor-air quality and environmental balance nevertheless depend on the complete building and are verified through calculations, specifications and installation controls.

From land to handover: a verifiable process
The first step is not choosing a shape, but checking whether place, planning constraints, access, ground conditions and brief are compatible. From that basis we develop the concept, construction design, cost plan and specification. Before work starts, required performance, inclusions, responsibilities, controls and acceptance criteria must be clear. During construction, coordination connects foundations, structure, envelope, windows, systems and finishes; at handover, the agreed checks and records are assembled.
The decisions that shape quality and investment
Area, geometry, ground conditions, large glazing, building services, finishes and external works can radically change cost and programme. We therefore do not publish a generic price per square metre: we build a readable project cost scope, separating inclusions, exclusions and items still to be verified.
