Many projects stop before they start: land bought years ago, a ruin to be demolished, an approved project that nobody has built yet. We start from what you have.
We build new buildings only: on a free plot, or by demolishing and rebuilding an existing structure. The load-bearing frame is timber; the envelope is hemp-lime cast on site. One contact person coordinates designers, the building site and the energy documents, which are signed by licensed professionals.
We work throughout Italy; feasibility depends on the size of the project and on its location. The first step is always a site visit.

We usually reply within two working days. We do not quote prices remotely: the cost of a house depends mostly on the finishes and is defined after the site visit.
